Form data is used to answer enquiries, manage correspondence and take pre-contractual steps at your request. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR, depending on the matter. Optional marketing consent is based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Data and retention
We process your name, email, message and any optional phone number and city. Data is retained as necessary to handle the matter and subsequently for periods justified by legal obligations or legal claims. Marketing data is processed until consent is withdrawn or the purpose ends.
Recipients
Hosting, email and IT providers acting on behalf of the controller may process the data. The form sends a message to the company's mailbox; the website does not operate a public enquiry database.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of processing, object to processing and use data portability where applicable. You can withdraw consent by email without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (UODO).
Cookies and technical information
The website uses an essential session cookie to protect the contact form. We do not add advertising or analytics cookies. The server may keep technical logs, and the anti-spam mechanism temporarily uses a hash of the IP address. Data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.
Voluntary disclosure
Providing data is voluntary, but a name, valid email and message are necessary to use the form. Marketing consent is not required to receive a reply.
